As my younger sister, Emily, entered her final years of school to become a Special Education Teacher, she asked me to make her a business card. She wanted hers to look different from other business cards she saw when she networked with others. I decided to play up the school theme with lined paper as the background. I used the paint splatters to highlight Emily's own creativity and uniqueness and I chose the primary colors to emphasize her interest in younger children without having to "spell it out".
